  4. I received an e-mail saying my order was shipped but I haven't received it yet. Why?
    We ship United States Postal Service First Class mail within the USA and United States Postal Service Airmail Post outside the USA. If you live in the USA and you received an e-mail saying your order has been shipped, has it been 5 days since you received that e-mail? If yes, then you will need to contact us. If you live in Canada, it has been our experience that these orders can get delayed in customs. Overseas shipments should allow at least 2 weeks from the time you received an e-mail from us letting you know your order has been shipped.

  5. How can I Track my order shipment?
    Because we ship United States Postal Service First Class mail for orders within the United States of America, we can not track your order. Please contact us if after 5 days from your shipping confirmation e-mail you have not received your package. If you are outside the USA and have not received your shipped package after 2 weeks from the shipping confirmation e-mail, please contact us.

  6. I received an e-mail showing some items "Available for shipping" and some items "Not yet available for shipping". What does this mean?
    Your order contains multiple items. Since not all items are kept in stock, there will be times when some of the items in your order come into stock while other items are still not yet in stock. We get products from dozens of manufacturers, labels and/or publishers. So, there could be times when we are waiting for products from multiple suppliers to fulfill your order. When all items come into stock, your order will be available for shipping. You will be notified via e-mail when your order gets fulfilled and shipped to you.

  7. I received an e-mail saying my order was shipped. I have not received my order yet. How long will it take before I receive my order?
    We ship United States Postal Service First Class mail within the USA and United States Postal Service Airmail Post outside the USA. If you live in the USA and you received an e-mail saying your order has been shipped, you should expect to see it within 5 days of receiving that e-mail. For orders shipping to countries other than the USA, you should be prepared to wait a minimum of 2 weeks from the time you received the e-mail stating your order has been shipped before you receive it.

  8. I received an e-mail saying that my order is not yet available for shipping. What does this mean?
    Since not all items are kept in stock, there will be times when the item(s) in your order are not yet available. We get products from dozens of manufacturers, labels and/or publishers. So, there could be times when we are waiting for products from multiple suppliers to fulfill your order. When the item(s) you ordered come into stock, your order will be available for shipping. You will be notified via e-mail when your order gets fulfilled and shipped to you.

    The Holidays are a stressful time. At FattVideos.Com we will try to do our best to make your shopping smooth and hassle free. One way we can help is by keeping you informed on the timeliness of your order. We start by letting you know when an item is generally available for shipping. You can see this information on the item detail page (the page with the Add To Cart button). Before you place an order for a gift during this holiday season, please note the general ship time. Due to the nature of the season and the frenzied end of the year period, we ask for your patience with any exchanges, returns and refunds that may be due.
