The MusiCares Foundation was proud to honor Taylor as its 2006 Person of the Year. This DVD captures the superstar tributes to Taylor with spectacular performances by The Dixie Chicks, Sheryl Crow, Sting, Keith Urban, Bruce Springsteen, Bonnie Raitt, India Arie, Jackson Brown, David Crosby, Dr. John, Taj Mahal, Alison Krauss, Jerry Douglas, Carole King, and songs by Taylor himself. Net proceeds from the sale and distribution of this DVD will benefit MusiCars and its programs to provide a critical safety net of assistance to music people in times of crisis.
