This outstanding DVD showcases Teddy Wilson in both a trio and a quartet setting, accompanying some of the most celebrated horn players in jazz history. The opening show was filmed in London. The subsequent Denmark selections were part of a homage dedicated to the late baron Timme Rosenkrantz, who was a longtime Danish jazz fan that emigrated to the U.S. Ben Webster joined the trio for the telecast's second tune. The 1970 Stockholm TV broadcast presents Wilson with drummer Ed Thigpen who was a regular member of Oscar Peterson's group for several years.
