Movie: EVACUATED DVD

In 1994 New Orleans was crowned ""Murder Capital of the World."" In 2001, the destruction of innercity projects began and tenants were forced to move into rivalry territory which resulted in a war that took the lives of 200 plus people. This war continued until hurricane Katrina came. The hurricane caused a manditory city-wide exacuation, which led most evacuees to Houston, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia. The laws of life proves you can take the beast out of the jungle, but you can't take the jungle out of the beast. This movie is an example of what happened in Atlanta and Houston after the Katrina evacuation.
