Movie: DR. MABUSE THE GAMBLER DVD

The authorized version of Fritz Lang's 1922 silent classic is featured in a 2000 restoration. A legendary silent film ""Dr. Mabuse"" had a major impact on the development of the crime thriller. This epic 2-part tale was originally released simultaneously as two separated films. The plot revolves around the pursuit of arch fiend Dr. Mabuse, a gambler, hypnotist, master of disguises and all-around criminal mastermind.
