In this Mexican narco star powered classic, after a ferocious confrontation with the federal police, El Chaca escapes only to be late rbetrayed by his partner Mariano. Later when El Chaca has become the most powerful druglord, his loyal servant Barbarino serves him the head of Mariano as a gift. In the sequel El Chaca names Barbarino his successor, which start bloody in-fighting among the cartel leaders who feel they are more deserving of the status.
