It's the times when pirates rule the seas. The legendary Liguria has blown into pieces by ambitious Harry Thompson, who desires the treasure of gold the ship was carrying. He manages to escape in a lifeboat to a deserted island, where he finds several other survivors of the Liguria. They manage to survive, hunt for food and build shelters, but Harry's mind is on the treasure and getting off the island to civilization. When his fellow castaways realize Harry's part in Liguria's sinking, a fight breaks out after which Harry and the castaways realize they may never return to civilization.
