In 2005 the legendary cellist, pupil of Casals and founding member of the Beaux Arts Trio BERNARD GREENHOUSE celebrated his 90th birthday in collaboration with Wigmore Hall, The Violoncello Society of London presented, a day of Mr. Greenhouse. In this film, directed by Matthew Percival, selected young cellists perform general repertoire and the Unaccompanied Suites of J.S. Bach. Mr Greenhouse is also interviewed by Ralph Kirshbaum, sharing his memories and collection of archival photographs from his long and distinguished career.
