As Hikaru and Tsuna continue investigating the strange supernatural occurrences all around Tokyo, they are either helped or hindered by a mysterious man in a long black coat. There seems to be a new woman in Tsuna's life, but its Ibaraki, and she has an agenda of her own. Then a series of flashbacks begin to haunt Hikaru.
