The good captain Tylor has charmed some of the Raalgon forces, but that isn't going to protect him (or the UPSF) from the internal struggles going on at the top of the Raalgon power structure. And, although the Soyokaze is racing to return him (against the UPSF's orders), it doesn't look like they'll be successful even IF he can be found: the ship is being targeted by both the Raalgon AND the UPSF!
