Also included is a 128 hard cover coffee table book with hundreds of rare and unseen photographs, expanded essay by Patric Carr, special introductions by Kris Kristofferson, Marty Stuart, Marshall Grant, George Jones, and manager Lou Robin, and a specially commissioned 12' x 16' lithograph by Marc Burckhardt, one of Johnny's favorite artists.
