As the end of Kenshin's legend draws near, the scarred swordsman meets an opponent like none other. Saeki Mizu is a master of Feng Shui, a mysterious form of Chinese astrology that prevents him from ever being defeated by a sword! During the time of the Tokugawa, there were two competing families who taught the art of Feng Shui, the Kaze and the Mizu families.
