Volume 2 showcases nearly every Collins Kids 'Town Hall Party' appearance in 1959. True to the Bear Family tradition, they have offered everything in the vaults. Some highlights include LaVern Baker's R&B tune So High, So Low, the Lloyd Price hit Stagger Lee (the Collins Kids had an uncanny ability at picking great cover tunes) and Larry's blistering guitar attack on Ramrod and the bonus track Mutt And Jeff Boogie with Joe Maphis. Many say that Larry invented surf guitar, and on the evidence here, they're right.
