A shy pastry cook and a surly waitress meet by chance at the cafe where they both work. The waitress persuades the man to take her home that night. Driving in the rain, they accidentally run over a crazy female hitchhiker. The sight of her dead body turns the women on and she makes violent love to the man. They soon discover that the only thing that really gets them off is blood and slaughter. So begins an orgy of death and destruction that is one of the most controversial films ever to come out of Japan.
