Maria Ines and Alejandro haven't seen each other in 7 years. During this time Maria Ines was searching for her happiness. She decided to marry Jeronimo Cardenas, a doctor. In the meantime, Alejandro, her ex-boyfriend, has become an internationally acclaimed author. He is still living in Spain with Alex, his only son, and Veronica, his girlfriend.
