A spoiled heiress (Amanda Brooks, Dragon Wars) is suddenly cut off by her billionaire father (Malcolm McDowell, A Clockwork Orange). To survive she embarks on a crime spree with her loser boyfriend (Thomas Ian Nicholas, American Pie) and a two-faced drug dealer in tow.
