This commemorative set of EMI's complete Pavarotti recodings is comprised of 7 CDs and 1 DVD, some of which are among his greatest. The set contains Mascagni's lesser-known opera L'Amico Fritz, recorded by a young Pavarotti in 1968, Verdi's Requiem and Don Carlo, the latter recorded in 1992 at La Scala, Milan, and included on both CD and DVD.
