Priscilla Star Diaz, aka P-STAR, is a 13 year old rising star from Harlem who is very much aware of the epidemic of childhood obesity in this country. P-STAR believes it is time for the obesity rate to drop among the youth in our communities. Throughout the DVD, P-STAR recites multiplication, numbers and alphabets. The DVD even has a segment where children can enjoy working out with their parents or older siblings and gives tips on how important it is to drink water and eat green vegetables. In addition to P-STAR, the DVD features two established recording artists, Young B (Chicken Noodle Soup) and Island/Def Jam artist Megan Rochell.
