Wendell-Crenshall Technologies, a high tech start-up corporation, has just unveiled a new surveillance system, designed for the National Security Agency, that allows the government to tap into any phone in the world - without warrants or warning. When classified information regarding the technology falls into the hands of an innocent Italian woman, she becomes a target of deadly pursuit. James Wagley (Michael Parks), a NSA operative, compromises his job and launches a plan to expose the technology in order to save her life. Maya Sansa and Andrea Tidona costar in this film inspired by actual events.
