Aspirant Sunrise is the first in a trilogy of albums recorded in 1991, the others being Aspirant Sunset and Aspirant Sunshadows. The style is very much New Age which was a popular style at the start of the nineties and the music was written with relaxation in mind. The final results being so relaxing that the engineer fell asleep during the recording of these albums. Unavailable for some time these re issues have been re mastered for release and will be anticipated by the large Rick Wakeman fan base.
