An exchange, between two groups of criminals, is arranged at a public phone booth. A brown brief case full of money will be exchanged for a brown brief case with a computer diskette inside. Coincidently, a local business man stops to call his daughter at the same phone booth, at the exact time of the proposed exchange, also carrying a brown briefcase.
