When pro surfer/filmmaker Timmy Turner and photographer Dustin Humphrey's pursuit hits a roadblock, they hatch a plan to carry out a relief mission of their own. Recruiting people along the way, including Timmy's mom, activists Bill Sharp, and Matt George, they form a motley crew of surfers, surf journalists, and doctors, to confront dangerous obstacles around every turn.
